| Note 27: a measurement must be taken to determine the correct bracket for the 74 - 93 Volvos. Locate the tow ring on the passenger side that is attached by three bolts to the frame. Measure from the center of the bumper to the center of the closest bolt hole that secures the tow ring. If 9" use 1701-1. If 8" use 1701-3. (As a secondary check measure from the bottom of the frame to the bottom of the bumper. If 2" use 1701-1. if 1" use 1701-3). |
